EasyA, a startup company that allows developers to design applications on blockchain and artificial intelligence technology, is said to be valued at $1.1 billion and is looking to list publicly in the first half of 2027. The company, which wants to do a direct listing, has filed a draft registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The valuation, which has been set by a third party, should not be seen as a guarantee of the share price or even the company’s value when its shares are expected to start trading. The proposed listing will also depend upon how well the company is doing and the wider regulatory and market environments.

EasyA claims its platform has 1.3 million users and enables developers to work on blockchain and artificial intelligence applications, having partnered with blockchain ecosystems such as Ripple and Solana to help developers learn about the technology and design applications around them.
The company is considering creating tokenized shares, potentially from day one of its listing, which would see ownership interests represented digitally on a blockchain. However, it has not provided any details about exactly how it would be done, traded or managed, leaving the idea open to scrutiny.
EasyA has a development arm known as EasyA Labs, which has been working on projects that involve tokenization and AI agents, systems that can perform tasks with a degree of autonomy. The company has reportedly had its accounts audited by PKF for the past two years.
Although audited accounts can give investors greater confidence in the financial credibility of a business, it will not eliminate the risks of investing in a company that is due to go public.
A direct listing is different to a conventional initial public offering (IPO). Rather than the traditional process of issuing new shares to the public through an underwriting process, a direct listing generally involves existing shares beginning to trade under a relevant listing rule.
The structure of EasyA’s proposed public offering has not been provided in detail in the filing, but it is clear the company wants to depart from the traditional IPO model to list directly.
The $1.1 billion valuation will place EasyA among the most sought-after blockchain-focused businesses, but the valuation, the listing date and even the potential proposal of a tokenized share offering should all be seen as developments that could evolve as the company moves towards its 2027 debut.
