The U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis has once again called on Congress to pass the CLARITY Act. Using the first anniversary of the adoption of the GENIUS Act, Cynthia Lummis asked the Congress to introduce crypto legislation.
In her post on X, Lummis noted that the GENIUS Act is a first step towards reinforcing the position of the U.S. dollar due to stablecoin regulations.

According to Lummis, the passage of the CLARITY Act would give a regulatory framework to the digital assets and allow reinforcing the status of the United States as the leading player in the crypto world.
