The company has continued to expand its holdings through equity-linked financing. It reported approximately $369 million from warrant exercises that occurred on October 12 and 13, which issued 13.7 million common shares. The company’s shares increased by 12.4% on average, nearly equal to the rise in Bitcoin, leaving the value of this cryptocurrency nearly the same per share.
SATS Preferred Offering Eyes Even More Bitcoin
The latest acquisition follows a 3,311-BTC purchase the previous week. Strive also announced SATS, a preferred-stock offering with a fixed 15% annual dividend, payable each business day from November 9 subject to board approval. It priced a $630 million offering of the preferred shares, proceeds from which could support further Bitcoin purchases. The strategy places Strive among the largest corporate holders while relying on capital-market activity to fund continued accumulation.
