Strive Inc. has bought another 1,107 Bitcoin for about $94.5 million, taking its Bitcoin treasury to 27,462 BTC. The Dallas-based Bitcoin treasury company acquired the coins between September 21 and September 25 at an average price of about $85,396 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses, according to a September 28 filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The latest purchase pushed Strive’s holdings above 27,000 BTC and continued its strategy of using capital raised through preferred stock and other securities to expand its Bitcoin reserve.

The latest purchase was smaller than Strive’s previous weekly addition of 1,355 BTC. Cole said warrant exercises generated $12.4 million during the period and that 85% of the total capital raised came from SATA, Strive’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock. The company has used a similar financing approach for several of its earlier Bitcoin purchases.
Strive’s cash and cash equivalents increased to $248.8 million as of September 25, from $229.6 million a week earlier. The company also held 505,000 shares of Strategy’s STRC preferred stock, valued at about $49.8 million.

The company’s share structure changed during the week as well. Class A common shares outstanding increased by 649,072 to 88.45 million, while Class B shares remained unchanged at about 9.2 million. Traditional warrant shares declined by 460,649, reflecting exercises during the period.
Strive describes itself as a Bitcoin treasury company focused on increasing its Bitcoin holdings and Bitcoin per share. Unlike a conventional company that might rely mainly on bank borrowing to finance expansion, Strive has increasingly used preferred equity and warrant proceeds to raise capital.
The growing Bitcoin reserve also brings greater exposure to cryptocurrency price movements. The September 28 filing does not provide a live market value for the company’s 27,462 BTC, and changes in Bitcoin’s fair value can affect reported earnings under current accounting rules.
At the same time, investors need to consider changes in the number of shares and preferred securities when assessing the company’s expanding Bitcoin holdings. Strive continues to publish information about its Bitcoin treasury and capital structure as it builds its digital-asset reserve.
