- For a $19 billion tokenized RWA marketplace, NUVA collaborates with Chainlink as its sole provider of data infrastructure.
- Exposure to short-term finance supported by HELOCs and U.S. residential housing loans is offered by nvPRIME.
- DeFi applications use Chainlink data infrastructure to price collateral, manage tokenized lending positions, and value assets.
NUVA is bringing tokenized housing credit closer to decentralized finance (DeFi) through a new integration with Chainlink. The platform has selected Chainlink as its exclusive data infrastructure provider for its real-world asset (RWA) marketplace, helping connect institutional financial assets with Ethereum-based applications.

Institutional-grade real-world assets demand institutional-grade data infrastructure.

NUVA’s marketplace gives users access to tokenized financial products backed by real-world assets. Its initial ecosystem includes products linked to a market valued at around $19 billion, creating a bridge between traditional financial assets and blockchain-based markets.
Chainlink Supports NUVA’s Tokenized Asset Infrastructure
Under the integration, Chainlink will provide on-chain data for assets available through NUVA. This data can help DeFi applications value assets, price collateral and manage lending positions through smart contracts.
The integration initially supports nvPRIME, NUVA’s private credit vault. The product provides exposure to short-term financing backed by U.S. residential housing loans, including home equity lines of credit (HELOCs).
Users can deposit USDC into nvPRIME and receive tokens representing their share of the vault’s holdings. The product targets yields above 7%, with Figure Technologies providing the underlying lending infrastructure.
This data layer is important because real-world assets such as housing loans do not trade continuously like cryptocurrencies. Reliable asset data can help blockchain applications make more informed decisions when managing tokenized credit.
NUVA Connects Figure Assets With Ethereum
NUVA launched its non-custodial marketplace on Ethereum in May 2026. Its initial products brought assets from Figure Technologies and Provenance Blockchain into the Ethereum ecosystem.
Alongside nvPRIME, NUVA also offers nvYLDS, a yield-focused product backed by short-term U.S. Treasuries and bank deposits. Both products operate on Ethereum, allowing users to access tokenized financial products while interacting with applications across the broader DeFi ecosystem.
Figure Technologies continues to provide the underlying lending infrastructure, while NUVA acts as the distribution layer for these assets on Ethereum.
