This is the worlds first Nasdaq licensed tokenized fund. It tracks the Nasdaq-100 index which includes some of the biggest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq.
These include companies such as Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Meta and Amazon. The index has been licensed by Nasdaq as they are the 3rd party institutional partner.
Fund Structure, Minimum Investment & Investor Criteria
The JQQQ fund is structured as a segregated portfolio within a British Virgin Islands investment company. This means investors will gain indirect exposure to the Nasdaq-100. The minimum investment required is $100,000 (Wall Street Journal). This is only available to qualifying non-US institutional and professional investors.

JQQQ is the second in a series of tokenized index funds from Janus Henderson and Centrifuge following SPXA, the first tokenized S&P 500 licensed fund, which launched on the Base blockchain in 2025. Janus Henderson’s onchain platform now holds more than $1 billion across tokenized Treasuries, structured credit, and equities.
Stellar’s RWA Position & DTCC Connection
JQQQ is issued on the Stellar blockchain, which ranks fourth globally by real-world asset value at approximately $3.8 billion according to RWA.xyz, with issuers including Spiko, Franklin Templeton, and Ondo Finance. DTCC, the central clearinghouse for US equity markets, is connecting its tokenization service to Stellar, with US Treasuries and index ETFs expected in the first half of 2027.
Ahead of #Meridian2026, @JHIAdvisors and @centrifuge announced the launch of the first blockchain native fund offering exposure to the @Nasdaq-100 Index through an issuer-sponsored investment strategy.

XLM, Stellar’s native token, has fallen approximately 16% year to date, trading near $0.17. Sean Wasserman of Nasdaq said demand continues to grow for established, transparent benchmarks delivered through new technology. Anil Sood of Centrifuge described tokenization as becoming more powerful as investors gain access to the assets they actually want to own as onchain building blocks.
