IndiGo Launches AI Chatbot 6Eskai

IndiGo has launched an AI chatbot, 6Eskai, powered by GPT-4 technology. Developed in-house by IndiGo’s digital team in collaboration with Microsoft, the chatbot addresses customer queries in 10 languages and offers a unique ticket booking platform. Early results show a 75% reduction in customer service agent workload. 6Eskai also simplifies the booking process using natural language conversations, guiding customers through the end-to-end booking journey. The AI chatbot represents a significant milestone for IndiGo.

6ESkai is an AI bot developed by IndiGo’s team of data scientists, which has 1.7 trillion parameters and can answer a variety of questions. It uses generative pretrained transformers (GPT) and prompt engineering to mimic human behavior, respond to emotions, and incorporate humor. 6ESkai can perform tasks like booking tickets, applying discounts, and connecting customers with agents. It can also understand written and verbal instructions using speech-to-text models. The bot ensures an engaging and entertaining experience for customers.
