Tellor’s TRB Token Experienced Wild Price Swing
Tellor, a decentralized oracle system that provides external data to blockchain networks, has experienced a significant increase in its native token, $TRB. Tellor’s TRB token rose to $600 before plummeting to $137 in 24 hours on January 1, resulting in the liquidation of $68 million in assets.
Following the price increase, the Tellor team deposited 4,211 TRB, which is approximately $2.4 million, into the network’s treasury. It is unknown what caused the price increase, but investors should proceed with caution.
