Hewlett Packard, Nvidia Extend AI Collaboration
HPE has extended a collaboration with Nvidia to expand its AI capabilities. The partnership will create a series of AI-native and hybrid cloud offerings, combining HPE’s hybrid cloud, supercomputing, and AI/machine learning software.
The goal is to enable organizations to become AI-powered businesses. HPE’s technology enables customers to develop AI models securely using their proprietary data.
Nvidia’s vice president of enterprise computing, Manuvir Das, said the agreement will help users “supercharge the power of generative AI.” The HPE-Nvidia products are expected to be available in the early first half of next year. Shares of HPE rose almost 2% after the announcement, while Nvidia shares declined more than 3%.
