Together Lands Invests For Training Generative AI
Together, a startup that creates open-source generative AI and AI model development infrastructure, has closed a $102.5 million Series A funding round led by Kleiner Perkins, Nvidia, and Emergence Capital. The funding will be used to expand Together’s cloud platform, which allows developers to build on open and custom AI models.
The company currently operates a cloud spanning datacenters in the U.S. and EU, with servers operated by Crusoe Cloud and Vultr. Customers include NexusFlow, Voyage AI, and Cartesia, who use Together’s APIs for serving models.
