Bitcoin Sees Sixth Straight Difficulty Increase
Bitcoin’s network is experiencing an exciting phase with a difficulty adjustment exceeding 5%, reaching all-time highs and above 68T.
This marks the sixth consecutive positive adjustment this year, a streak only seen from December 2021 to February 2022.
The recent surge in Bitcoin’s hash rate, which reached its highest single-day rate in history, is a critical factor in this upward adjustment, highlighting the robustness and adaptive nature of Bitcoin’s decentralized network.
