Microsoft, Siemens Partners To Launch AI Projects
Siemens, an Industrial manufacturing major and Microsoft, a tech giant have officially joined hands to bring the benefits of generative AI to industries across the globe.
Microsoft and Siemens are launching Siemens Industrial Copilot, an AI-powered assistant designed to enhance human-machine collaboration in manufacturing.
The tool, developed in collaboration with Siemens, will enable users to generate, optimize, and debug complex automation code quickly, shortening simulation times and reducing tasks from weeks to minutes.
Both companies are foreseeing AI copilots to assist professionals in various industries, including manufacturing, transportation, infrastructure, and healthcare. Siemens Industrial Copilot is an early adopter, with leading automotive supplier Schaeffler AG being an early adopter.
The copilot is expected to assist professionals in various sectors, including consumer package goods, automotive, and machine building.
