Retail Offering Option To Pay Using Crypto

A report by crypto tax software CoinLedger reveals that retail and e-commerce sectors worldwide have the highest number of companies offering cryptocurrency payments. The study compiled a list of over 300 major companies that accept cryptocurrency methods and categorized them into sectors to determine the most crypto-accepting companies.

The report reveals that retail and e-commerce sectors, including clothing and accessories stores like Adidas, Yankee Candle, and H&M, and online shopping platforms like Etsy, are the top sectors accepting crypto payments.

CoinLedger CEO David Kemmerer reveals that the rise in companies accepting cryptocurrency payments is a result of the mainstream economy’s acceptance of digital currencies. This trend offers benefits like reduced transaction fees and increased security. Luxury retail, including high fashion brands Gucci and Ralph Lauren, luxury watch retailer Hublot, and jewellers like Jewelry Affairs and CRM Jewelers, also offer this service.
