UXUY Integrates Bitcoin Lightning Node
Decentralized exchange (DEX) UXUY launched a Bitcoin Lightning Node on October 13 in an effort to link Bitcoin to various ecosystems, including Ethereum and BNB chains. As part of UXUY’s preparation for Bitcoin DeFi Summer, the integration was made feasible by its GasPool solution, which also manages the Lightning Network node.
This move fits with the company’s plans to grow beyond the Lightning Network’s present asset scale of over 5,000 BTC, which is equal to US$100 million and dwarfs the US$86.6 billion size of Tether USDT. Jordan, a co-founder of UXUY, stressed the goal of this growth by highlighting the demand for expansion past the existing level.
UXUY plans to use its BLIP solution to increase Taproot Assets trading as part of its goal. This will be supplemented by improving multi-chain transactions with uPool, which is anticipated to reduce the costs associated with issuing assets in the DeFi and real-world asset (RWA) sectors while facilitating project implementation.
