Circle, Stellar To List Euro-Pegged Stablecoin EUR
The euro-pegged stablecoin EURC will be listed on the Stellar network thanks to a partnership between Circle and Stellar. The businesses disclosed their partnership, which would let customers trade EURC on the Stellar network, during the Meridian 2023 conference. EURC now supports Avalanche and Ethereum with a market cap of US$52.31 million and a 24-hour trading volume of just US$1.14 million.
The introduction of EURC on the Stellar network shows increased belief in the network’s capabilities and may encourage other integrations in the future.
