HyperSDK Blockchain Upgrade Hits 143K TPS
Blockchain network with layer-1 smart contracts During testing of its HyperSDK blockchain upgrade, Avalanche’s testnet reportedly reached over 140,000 transactions per second.
A framework for creating high-performance Virtual Machines (VMs) entirely on the network is being tested by Avalanche at the moment.
According to Ava Labs, the HyperSDK is made to “plug into a lightning-fast execution environment without writing massive amounts of code from scratch.” Developers may now launch optimised blockchains more quickly and easily because to the acceleration and ease of custom VM construction.
In a controlled testing environment, HyperSDK reportedly hit a staggering 143,322 transactions per second, according to a screenshot posted on GitHub.
According to data from Coincodex, Avalanche claims to process up to 4,500 TPS at the moment, Solana claims to process between 2,000 and 3,000 TPS, while Ethereum only processes 15-20 TPS.
Blockchains created using HyperSDK will work as HyperChains, which are subnets that may be customised for any purpose by the developer.
