Roblox Launching On Playstation In October
Roblox, a popular metaverse platform, has gained global popularity due to its compatibility with various devices, including desktop computers and mobile phones. The game is available on most platforms, including PCs and mobile phones, and there are rumors of a future release on PlayStation consoles.
However, David Baszucki, the Builderman and CEO of Roblox, has announced that the metaverse platform will debut on PlayStation consoles in October 2023 at the ongoing Roblox Developers Conference 2023.
Roblox will be available on PlayStation in October 2023, according to Builderman’s keynote address at RDC 2023. The PlayStation version is expected to launch around Halloween. Roblox was demonstrated on three platforms simultaneously: PS5, Meta Quest Pro headset, and mobile. The PS5 displayed smooth gameplay and intuitive controls, with a higher framerate than the other two. Roblox’s development team created a new API using Objective C and C++ programming languages, making the platform accessible on iOS and Xbox. The game is now available on all Meta Quest headsets and will soon be available across more devices.
