Hyderabad Realty Group Evolve With Metaverse

Hyderabad realty firms are integrating Metaverse technology into the real estate industry, with Ramky Group introducing the RamkyVerse platform. This platform allows buyers to virtually teleport into different landscapes and experience Ramky Estates’ properties through customisable avatars.

The platform will feature three virtual auditoriums, allowing customers to immerse themselves in Ramky Estates projects and receive information on ongoing constructions. Ramky Group acknowledges challenges in property-buying decisions, such as physical viewing and geographical limitations, as well as time and accessibility constraints for viewings, consultations, and negotiations.

Ramky Estates hopes to solve these challenges and offer creative solutions by utilizing technology. The company enters the virtual reality industry with RamkyVerse, making it the first residential developer with a base in Hyderabad to use this technology.
