Pakistan Minister Hints At Legalizing Crypto
As some countries debate cryptocurrency legalization, others continue to crack down on their use, and Pakistan is among the countries where Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have remained controversial since their inception.
The cryptocurrency debate has recently made headlines following a discussion in the Senate’s Standing Committee on Finance in the upper house of parliament.
During the economic crisis, people are hoping for some good news from the government, so Minister of State for Finance Dr. Aisha Ghaus Pasha cleared the air, saying the government would never legalise cryptocurrency in Pakistan.
