Bit Digital, Inc., a New York-based digital asset mining company, announced a strategic investment in Auros Global Limited. Auros is a leading crypto-native algorithmic trading and market making firm that provides exchanges and token projects with best-in-class liquidity.
This strategic investment advances Bit Digital’s goal of maximising risk-adjusted returns on digital assets while protecting the company from operational and treasury risks in order to ensure healthy and consistent cash flows. Bit Digital intends to use Auros’ derivatives suite to provide hedging as well as yield opportunities for a portion of its digital asset holdings.
