Strive has added 147 Bitcoin to its corporate treasury as the asset manager continues to grow its BTC holdings. With its most recent acquisition, Strive’s entire Bitcoin reserve now stands at 20,167 BTC, or around $1.3 billion at current market prices.

Strive Buys 147 Bitcoin

According to the company’s latest filing, Strive purchased 147 BTC between August 3 and August 7. The company paid an average price of approximately $64,812 for each Bitcoin.

Strive CEO and Chairman Matt Cole also confirmed the latest holdings on X, stating that the company now owns 20,167 BTC. Based on data from BitcoinTreasuries.NET, Strive ranks among the largest public companies holding Bitcoin, placing seventh among the top 100 companies tracked by the platform.

The latest purchase is part of a larger buying strategy that has continued throughout 2026. Strive purchased 1,109 BTC in May and added another 2,500 BTC in June. The company also made additional smaller purchases in July and early August.

Bitcoin Yield Reaches 24% In Q2

According to Strive, the yield on Bitcoin was 24% in the second quarter of 2026 and 38% in the first half. The business tracks the increase of its Bitcoin assets in relation to its outstanding diluted shares using Bitcoin yield.

Alongside its Bitcoin strategy, Strive said it fully repaid its debt during the second quarter. The company also holds around $155 million in cash reserves.

Strive has introduced SATA, a preferred stock product that provides daily dividend payments. The company said its Bitcoin holdings, cash position, and debt repayment are key parts of its wider financial strategy.

On August 10, Strive also launched a new Bitcoin treasury dashboard and website. The platform is designed to provide investors with updated information about the company’s Bitcoin holdings.

Strive Expands Bitcoin Strategy After Semler Merger

Strive’s Bitcoin treasury grew sharply after its all-stock merger with Semler Scientific in September 2025. The deal increased Strive’s Bitcoin holdings from around 5,000 BTC to approximately 10,900 BTC.

The company continued buying Bitcoin throughout 2026, adding thousands of BTC to its reserve. The latest 147 BTC purchase further strengthens its position among public companies with large Bitcoin treasuries.

Some tracking services estimate Strive’s average purchase price across its full Bitcoin holdings at around $94,700 per BTC. With the latest purchase made at about $64,812 per BTC, the company bought its newest Bitcoin below its estimated overall average cost.
