Shiba Inu’s Shibarium Sets Utility Milestone
Shibarium beta “Puppynet” has exceeded 16 million wallet addresses, breaking a significant usefulness milestone.
PuppyScan reports that 16,021,178 wallet addresses have crossed the 16 million threshold. Since its inception on March 11th, the Shibarium testnet has now handled 12 million transactions. There are currently 997,819 blocks in use, and each block takes an average of seven seconds to complete.
Shibarium’s goal is to offer users, developers, and IRL companies cheaper transaction costs and better transaction speeds than existing blockchains.
The blockchain would make it possible to create and trade digital assets. Additionally, it acts as a foundation for the creation of decentralised applications (dApps), such as Shib the Metaverse, Shiba Eternity, and several other goods, initiatives, platforms, and services offered by the larger Shiba Inu community.
