Who Is Behind The Listings
Sui Dollar can now be traded on Kraken, which is run by its parent company Payward, as well as on Bullish. With both platforms on board, the token is available in more places than before. No details were offered regarding trading pairs, liquidity, or specific launch timing of the token beyond confirmation that it is already live.
Understanding The Brands Involved
Kraken is a cryptocurrency exchange operated by Payward, and as such its business focuses on providing a venue for users to buy, sell and trade digital assets.

Bullish is a separate trading platform that has also added Sui Dollar. The Sui Network is the blockchain that hosts the stablecoin, and it is the chain where the reported transfer volume and the zero-fee transfers apply.
Payward’s Push Into Stock Perpetual Futures
Payward’s other recent moves sit apart from this listing. The parent company of Kraken recently filed to begin offering single-stock perpetual future products to U.S. traders on the Kraken trading platform.
The initial batch of these products will be tied to ten American equities including Tesla (TSLA), SPCX, Nvidia (NVDA), Broadcom (AVGO), Micron Technology (MU), Microsoft (MSFT), Apple (AAPL), Alphabet (GOOGL), Palantir (PLTR) and Amazon (AMZN).
Payward also said on X that it is working toward round-the-clock trading five days a week. The goal is to let traders react to market-moving news that plots outside regular stock-market hours.
Hyperliquid Perpetuals Plan For U.S. Clients
On September 16, Payward separately announced plans to launch on-chain perpetual futures markets on Hyperliquid for eligible clients in the United States. The plan relies on a permissioned extension of the decentralized platform’s builder-deployed contract framework. No launch date has been given, and a company spokesperson declined to discuss timing or any conversations with regulators.
If approved, the contracts would be listed under the rules of a CFTC-regulated exchange. According to Payward, they would trade under the rules of Bitnomial Exchange, LLC, pending regulatory sign-off. The statement backs up earlier reporting from Bloomberg on August 31, which said the two sides were building a U.S. route through Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-licensed subsidiary.
What Remains Unclear
Nothing further has been disclosed about the trading volumes the new listings might attract, how Sui Dollar compares with other stablecoins, or its regulatory standing on either exchange.
The futures filings and statements are still tied to regulatory processes, and no approved launch schedules have been made public. The Sui Dollar listing and the futures initiatives are separate actions by the companies involved. Payward’s comments on the futures products point to compliance with existing regulatory frameworks through Bitnomial where relevant.
