Boyaa Interactive is continuing to build its Bitcoin treasury, adding about 205 BTC for $14.3 million in its latest round of purchases. The Hong Kong-listed gaming company said the transactions were completed between June 24 and September 4 through open-market trades.
The company spent around HK$110 million, or approximately $14.3 million, using idle cash generated from its normal business operations. Following the purchases, Boyaa now holds about 4,316 BTC, with an average acquisition cost of roughly $68,280 per Bitcoin.

Boyaa said the purchases were made through regulated and licensed trading platforms at prevailing market prices. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the transaction was classified as a discloseable transaction because the applicable percentage ratios were above 5% but below 25%.
The most recent acquisition is a component of a broader plan in which Boyaa has been gradually expanding its exposure to cryptocurrency while reorienting its operations around Web3 games and blockchain infrastructure.
The corporation has been aggressively growing its Bitcoin holdings over the past two years. In August 2025, it increased its holdings to over 3,670 BTC after paying $32.9 million for about 290 BTC. In November 2024, Boyaa converted around 14,200 ETH worth $49.48 million into almost 515 BTC through open-market deals.

With that transaction, Boyaa’s Bitcoin holdings increased to about 3,183 BTC, momentarily becoming it Asia’s largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder. Japanese firm Metaplanet later overtook it.
But Boyaa is not simply treating Bitcoin as a treasury asset and leaving it untouched. The company says it is gradually using its crypto holdings across its growing Web3 ecosystem.
During the second quarter of 2026, Boyaa allocated 1,000 BTC for blockchain staking on Boyaa Network, its public blockchain designed for Web3 games. The network uses a Proof of Stake system and is intended to provide the infrastructure for the company’s broader Web3 gaming and token business.
Another 1,000 BTC had previously been allocated for staking on MTT Network, a Cosmos-based blockchain supporting the MTT Sports gaming platform. Boyaa has also invested 100 BTC and about 4.18 million USDT in MTT Sports, giving it a 25% equity stake and rights to 19% of MTT tokens.
The company’s Bitcoin is also being assigned to other projects. YAAKO Wallet, a crypto wallet designed for gaming applications, has been allocated 500 BTC for a cross-chain bridge liquidity pool, with another 500 BTC planned for the same purpose between 2026 and 2027. Boyaa is also preparing to launch Pet Land, a pet-themed social game that combines Web3 technology with artificial intelligence.
