The web3 game developer Azra Games raised $42.7 million in Series A funding, bring its total fundraising to $68.3 million.
Franklin Bi from Pantera Capital led the round. Individuals from a16z crypto, a16z games and NFX provided further support, according to a Tuesday release.

Mento Labs, creators of the decentralized EVM platform Mento for stable assets on Celo, announced a $10M funding round with backing from investors like T-Capital, HashKey Capital, and Flori Ventures.
The team also revealed a stablecoin roadmap, planning to introduce local digital currencies such as PUSO (Philippines), cCOP (Colombia), and cGHS (Ghana) to its stablecoin portfolio.
Mento’s protocol operates through over-collateralized and decentralized stable assets, using a crypto reserve to balance supply and demand. This reserve was previously known as the Celo reserve.

Drop Protocol, a liquid staking protocol for interchain assets, announced the close of a $4 million seed round led by CoinFund.
The round was led by CoinFund, with additional backing from CMS Holdings, Anagram, Interop Ventures and Cosmostation.
Notable angel investors include Vasiliy Shapovalov Co-founder of Lido DAO, Mustafa Al-Bassam Co-founder of Celestia Labs, and Jon Kol CEO of Abacus Labs, a core contributor to Hyperlane.
