AI Anchors To Helm DD Kisan Relaunch

Doordarshan Kisan, India’s government TV channel dedicated to farmers, is set to launch two AI anchors, AI Krish and AI Bhoomi, on 26th May 2024. These anchors will provide information on agricultural research, global trends, weather changes, and government schemes in fifty languages. DD Kisan, established in 2015, is the only channel dedicated to farmers in India. The channel aims to keep farmers informed about weather changes, global and local markets, and other factors, enabling them to make informed decisions. 

The channel also educates the agricultural and rural community, creating an environment of holistic development. It is strengthening the three-dimensional concept of agriculture, including balanced farming, animal husbandry, and plantation. The channel’s success is a testament to its commitment to providing farmers with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
