Klaytn, Finschia Jointly Propose a Chain Merge
Klaytn Foundation and Finschia Foundation are planning to merge their Layer 1 blockchains into a new mainnet, aiming to create a technologically superior blockchain that supports EVM and CosmWasm and one of Asia’s largest ecosystems of DApps and users.
The merger will combine their technology, services, and business networks, including Kakao and LINE. The new mainnet will inherit Klaytn’s integration with Kakaotalk and Finschia’s integration with LINE, delivering a user-friendly Web3 experience directly to hundreds of millions of users. Voting will take place from January 26 to February 2, 2024.
