Odisha IT Company Employs Salaried AI HR Assistant
CSM Technology, a Bhubaneswar-based IT firm, has created an AI employee named Medha K, who is a Knowledge Assistant, and connected it with ChatGPT to support internal staff.
CSM claims that as an AI-powered natural language processing chatbot, it can interpret and generate content based on prompts and keywords presented to it. It offers a wide range of applications, from answering questions to assisting with content creation and language translations.
Medha K was hired by the corporation as an HR Assistant, just like any other employee with an employee code. The chatbot has also been given an eight-hour day with two weekly offs.
Medha K is a human-AI trainer with advanced language models, human feedback, and learning methods. She provides IT ticket support and project monitoring data, and integrates with the ERP employee database for HR and admin functions. Medha K is a valuable asset in any organizational setting, analyzing data and extracting insights that optimize trends. AI never gets tired, ensuring contextually relevant responses as long as data is fed.
