OKX Applies To Become A Registered DASP In France
OKX, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume, is said to have applied in France to become a registered Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP). OKX submitted in accordance with the AMF and ACPR standards.
The cryptocurrency exchange incorporated OKX France in April as part of its aim to grow its European footprint. By registering with the AMF, OKX will be able to offer a variety of products and services to customers in France while being compliant with local legislation.
The French DASP rule, according to Tim Byun, OKX Head of Global Government Relations, provides a clear and secure regulatory framework for digital asset service providers.
