The move follows Securitize’s launch of 12 tokenized stocks on October 8. Securitize aims to bring U.S. Equities on-chain while preserving investor rights and securities protections.

The new list has Arista Networks, Flex, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, Lumentum, Merck, Seagate Technology, and Texas Instruments, along with new companies.
The first list had companies like Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, and Amazon. The bigger list lets people who can invest get to see U.S. Companies that are available to buy through blockchain-based investments.

Carlos Domingo, who is the Chairman and CEO of Securitize, said the expansion was fast. It happened within a month after the platform started.
People who can invest in the United States, the European Union, and other places where it is allowed can use this. They need to follow local rules and check if they are allowed.
Tokenized Equities Retain Links To Underlying Shares
According to Securitize, each token is equal to one share. Is a security. Holders can receive benefits such as dividends. When the shares give voting rights, token holders also receive those rights.
Owning a token does not automatically put you on the company’s shareholder register. Securitize says investors might be able to turn their tokens into shares if the company sets up a tokenization system that matches. The company also made clear that the program does not create shares or lend out the shares that the tokens represent.
In the United States, trading happens on Securitize Markets, which’s a broker‑dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA. European investors use the company’s brokerage arrangements to purchase the offering.
