Binance Adds 11 US-listed ETFs To New Wealth Management Offering

Binance has added 11 US-listed exchange-traded funds to its wealth management offering, giving users access to ETFs focused on short-term US Treasurys and investment-grade bonds. The new products are available through Binance Earn and are grouped into cash management, steady income and yield enhancement categories based on different investment periods. Unlike tokenized stocks, users purchase actual ETF shares through the service, while Binance provides the interface and its partners handle order execution and custody.

The ETF offering is designed to give Binance users access to traditional financial products through a platform they already use for cryptocurrency. Users can browse the available ETFs and place orders through Binance Earn, with the purchases processed through Binance’s stock trading service.

Investors receive the economic benefits of the ETF shares, including changes in their market value and cash distributions. The underlying securities, however, remain within conventional brokerage infrastructure rather than being issued as blockchain-based tokens.

Nest Trading routes the ETF orders to Alpaca Securities, which executes the trades and holds the securities. This structure allows Binance to provide access to traditional investments without putting the underlying assets directly on the blockchain.

The new service represents another expansion of Binance’s traditional finance, or TradFi, business. Earlier in September, the exchange added physically settled options on more than 1,000 US stocks and ETFs, building on an existing offering of more than 7,000 stocks and ETFs.

The move comes as financial companies continue to explore ways to bring traditional assets closer to digital-asset platforms. ETFs, in particular, have attracted attention as a possible area for greater digital integration.

A PwC survey cited in the source material found that more than 80% of respondents believed tokenization would increase the global reach and 24-hour accessibility of ETFs over the following three years.

Binance’s latest offering, however, does not tokenize the ETFs. Instead, it provides access to conventional ETF shares through its platform. That distinction means customers can use Binance’s interface while the actual securities continue to be bought, settled and held through established brokerage systems.

The expansion shows how crypto platforms are increasingly combining digital assets with traditional financial products. For Binance users, the latest service brings another category of investment into the same environment used for crypto trading and other financial products.
