With access starting at only $1, Crypto.com’s tokenized stocks provide qualified customers 24/7 price exposure to key US equities and exchange-traded funds, such as Nvidia, Tesla, and Apple. Initially, qualified users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other authorized jurisdictions can access the product.

According to Crypto.com, consumers can trade the items 24/7, depending on market circumstances and platform availability. Users may get fractional exposure without buying a whole share thanks to the launch, which includes about 1,500 underlying equities and ETFs.

Exposure to ETFs like iShares Silver Trust and SPDR Gold Shares is another feature of the new service. According to Crypto.com, the products are intended to offer quick settlement while granting consumers access to its infrastructure for trade execution and liquidity.

Users will be able to trade the tokenized equities without paying commissions for a brief introduction period. However, depending on the transaction, foreign currency fees or spreads can still be applicable.

The launch comes after Crypto.com obtained a MiFID license in 2025. The license enables the business to provide a wider range of financial products, such as securities and derivatives, to qualified clients in the EEA. Crypto.com strengthened its position in Europe’s regulated digital asset sector earlier in 2025 by obtaining a MiCA licence.

Owning the real shares and these tokenized products differ significantly. The products, which are derivatives offered by Foris Capital CY Limited, are made to follow the price of the underlying equities or exchange-traded funds. For instance, the associated tokenized product is made to represent an increase in Apple’s share price. However, the investor does not get stock in Apple.

Users do not obtain voting or shareholder rights since they do not acquire legal or beneficial ownership of the underlying assets. They could be eligible for dividend-equivalent adjustments, depending on the conditions of a certain product.

Alpaca, a US-regulated self-clearing broker-dealer, has custody of the underlying assets. According to Crypto.com, Alpaca supports over 90% of the tokenized US stock and ETF market with infrastructure.

The debut coincides with the growth of tokenized equities and other tangible assets in the cryptocurrency space. As of August 12, 2026, the tokenized stock market has grown by over 600% in a year, according to data from RWA.xyz, to reach around $2.49 billion.
