Tron Inc. has purchased another 146,502 TRX at an average price of $0.3413, taking its reported cryptocurrency holdings above 711.9 million TRX. The Nasdaq-listed company disclosed the transaction on Friday and pointed investors to its identifiable treasury wallet on TronScan, where part of its holdings can be tracked on-chain.
The purchase comes as the company continues to build its TRX treasury while investors examine how future acquisitions could affect the company’s capital structure.

The transaction follows several purchases made since Tron Inc. adopted its digital asset treasury strategy. In March, the company reported acquiring approximately 177,819 TRX at an average price of about $0.28 per token. The latest purchase is smaller than that acquisition but increases the company’s reported balance to more than 711.9 million TRX.

TronScan data shows the identified treasury address held approximately 4.16 million liquid TRX, while around 572.9 million TRX was held in the form of staked TRX (sTRX). The wallet’s total assets were displayed at approximately $256.44 million in the latest screenshot.
Tron Inc. did not disclose with the latest transaction whether the purchase was funded from existing cash, securities proceeds, or another source. If the company uses new equity to finance additional acquisitions, investors would also need to account for potential dilution and changes in the amount of TRX represented by each share.
For now, Tron Inc. has continued adding TRX to its balance sheet, while the identified treasury wallet shows that a substantial portion of the company’s reported holdings remains staked.
