Terraform Labs Co-Founder Arrested
A person believed to be Terra Luna co-founder Do Kwon was detained on the country’s soil on March 23, according to a post by Filip Adzic, the interior minister of Montenegro. Since the announcement was made, the local news source Vijesti has confirmed that the South Korean national who was detained is the person who was announced on Twitter by Montenegro’s interior minister.
As told by Adzic, an individual suspected of being the former “cryptocurrency king” was detained at the Podgorica airport with “falsified documents,” and authorities are awaiting official confirmation of identity. Montenegro is geographically south of Serbia and shares borders with the country.
