Captain Tsubasa NFT Soccer Game Debuts On Oasys Blockchain

Captain Tsubasa, an 80s manga and anime series, has launched a nonfungible token (NFT) soccer game on the Oasys blockchain, a Web3 gaming platform.

The game, created by Mint Town and Blocksmith, allows players to collect NFTs of characters from the original animated series, develop characters, form teams, and play in various modes.

The Rival mode allows players to revisit the original storyline, while the PvP mode allows players to play against other online players.

The Arena mode features 11 versus 11 soccer matches. Mint Town CEO Hiroshi Kunimitsu believes the game on the Oasys blockchain will provide fans with a new way to experience the animated story and showcase the capabilities of blockchain technology in interactive entertainment and gaming.
