BNB Chain became the leading blockchain for tokenized stock trading in the third quarter of 2026, recording $25.6 billion in trading volume and holding $1.13 billion worth of tokenized stocks. According to Blockworks’ Q3 token-holder report, the network ranked first among tracked blockchains in trading volume, tokenized stock supply and the number of holders. Trading volume rose sharply from $2.4 billion in the previous quarter, while the supply of tokenized stocks more than doubled to $1.13 billion by September 30.
BNB Chain had a huge Q3, ranking #1 among all chains in tokenized equity trading volume, supply and holders.
The latest quarterly report by @Blockworks shows how that momentum extended into stronger network earnings, growing lending markets, core infrastructure upgrades, BNB Agent Studio releases and an expanding institutional footprint.
Let’s break it down 🧵👇

Tokenized stocks are digital tokens that represent shares or other stock-related investments. They allow investors to access financial products through blockchain networks. On BNB Chain, much of the recent growth came from bStocks, which launched on June 11. The third quarter was its first full quarter of activity.
Decentralized exchanges on BNB Chain handled around $24.4 billion in tokenized stock trading during the quarter. Ondo Global Markets contributed another $1.2 billion. Across the blockchain networks tracked by Blockworks, tokenized-asset decentralized exchange trading reached $45.8 billion. BNB Chain accounted for more than half of that amount, ahead of Robinhood Chain at $10.2 billion and Solana at $6.4 billion.
Trading activity peaked on July 26, when daily trading in tokenized assets reached $1.2 billion. Much of the activity involved QQQB, a tokenized product linked to the Invesco QQQ exchange-traded fund. It accounted for about 80% of bStocks’ decentralized exchange volume. Other products included SPCXB, SPYB and NVDAB.
By September 30, BNB Chain’s tokenized public stock supply had reached $1.13 billion, compared with $560 million at the end of June. This represented 39% of the $2.89 billion supply tracked across blockchains. The network also had around 1.8 million tokenized-equity holders, representing 38% of the total recorded across the tracked networks.
The report showed growth in other areas too. Lending deposits on BNB Chain increased 42% to $3.57 billion during the quarter, while outstanding borrowing rose 33% to $940 million. The network’s real economic value, which includes transaction fees and payments linked to block production, increased 54% to $54.2 million.
However, not every measure improved. Daily active addresses fell 14% to 2.10 million, even as the network processed 1.51 billion transactions, up 7.5%. Stablecoin supply also declined 4.6% to $13.22 billion.
BNB Chain’s strong performance shows growing interest in bringing traditional financial products onto blockchains. However, the long-term success of tokenized stocks will depend on continued trading activity, investor demand and the development of suitable financial products.
