BISim, Blackshark.Ai Join Forces
Bohemia Interactive Simulations, a leading global provider of military simulation and training software announced a collaboration with blackshark.ai, the creator of a 3D Digital Twin of Earth and a variety of AI-based geospatial technologies. They intend to achieve unprecedented realism in whole-Earth landscape development by combining BISim’s Mantle ETM and blackshark.ai’s geospatial technology.
The cooperation between BISim and blackshark.ai will allow users to obtain very precise recreations of real-world locales for mission planning, rehearsal, or training using nothing more than high-resolution satellite data.
This corresponds with NATO’s strategy and the aspirations of global partners to speed defence training and simulation and develop multi-domain capabilities. BISim’s flagship product, VBS4, will be fully supported, in addition to other Mantle ETM supported runtimes including Unreal.
