JPMorgan has deepened its push into tokenized finance by launching its first tokenized money market fund on the public Ethereum blockchain. The fund, named My OnChain Net Yield Fund and trading under the ticker MONY, is offered through the bank’s $4 trillion asset management arm.
Launched via the Kinexys Digital Assets platform, MONY is a private placement fund available to qualified investors through JPMorgan’s Morgan Money platform.
The fund invests exclusively in U.S. Treasury securities and repurchase agreements fully collateralized by Treasuries, offering blockchain-based access to traditional yield products.
JPMorgan said tokenization enhances transparency, transferability, and operational efficiency, while enabling broader collateral use within blockchain ecosystems.
The launch makes JPMorgan the largest global bank to introduce a tokenized money market fund on a public blockchain, signaling growing institutional confidence in on-chain finance.
