Binance Asks Dutch Users To Remove Crypto
According to Dutch news agency ANP, Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, has urged its Dutch consumers to remove their bitcoin off its platform by August 17th.
The cryptocurrency exchange, which had been operating in the Netherlands without regulatory approval, said in June that it was leaving the country after failing to register.
In January, the Dutch Central Bank (DNB), which registers financial service providers in the Netherlands, penalised the company for operating without legal registration in the country.
