Binance Wallet has opened access to a $4.8 million pPOLY Pre-Access campaign on PancakeSwap at $15.50 per token, with subscriptions running for 72 hours from September 21 to September 24.
Paimon Finance issued pPOLY, while PancakeSwap is operating the Pre-Access campaign and Binance Wallet provides a route for eligible users to participate. Claims, refunds of unallocated funds and pPOLY trading are scheduled to begin when the subscription period ends.
The campaign is the first project launched under PancakeSwap’s new Pre-Access programme. The system is designed to provide indirect, tokenised exposure to selected private-market companies or assets before a possible public listing.

For pPOLY, the subscription price has been set at $15.50 and the total offering size is $4.8 million. The $4.8 million figure refers to the amount being offered through the campaign. It should not be interpreted as pPOLY’s market capitalisation or as a valuation of Polymarket.
Paimon Finance describes itself as a private-market tokenization platform covering areas such as private credit and private-company exposure. pPOLY is presented as the Paimon Polymarket SPV Token and is linked to reference exposure to Polymarket.
However, pPOLY is not an official Polymarket token, and holding it does not give users direct ownership of Polymarket shares. The Pre-Access structure also does not automatically provide voting rights, dividend rights, shareholder information rights or other rights associated with direct equity ownership.
Binance Wallet has specifically warned that Pre-Access tokens are supplied by third parties and do not represent equity or IPO rights. A future public listing of the referenced company is also not guaranteed.
Participation through Binance Wallet requires a Binance Keyless Wallet. Users can access the campaign through the wallet’s homepage banner or Discover section.
Participants can subscribe using U, issued by United Stables, or USDC on BNB Chain. The minimum deposit is $100. The allocation process takes into account a user’s Binance Alpha Points tier and bStocks on-chain activity tier.
The bStocks activity calculation covers a 15-day period from September 6 to September 20. It considers holdings and trading activity, including Stock Memes. Higher qualifying tiers can provide larger subscription quotas.
Holding Alpha Points does not require users to spend or deduct those points, according to the campaign announcement. However, requesting an allocation does not guarantee that users will receive the entire amount they subscribe for. If the campaign is oversubscribed, allocations may be reduced or prorated, while subscriptions may also be rejected, delayed or cancelled under the applicable rules.
The 72-hour subscription period ends at 9:00 a.m. UTC on September 24. At that point, users will be able to claim allocated pPOLY tokens, unused subscription funds will begin to be returned, and trading is scheduled to open.
The $15.50 figure is the campaign subscription price and is not a guaranteed secondary-market price. There is no verified secondary-market price before trading begins. Binance Wallet has warned that the eventual market, redemption or settlement value could differ from the subscription price.
The Pre-Access structure also carries specific limitations. Binance’s terms state that such tokens may provide contractual, synthetic or indirect economic exposure rather than direct ownership of the underlying company or asset. A token may continue trading separately even if the referenced company eventually becomes publicly listed.
Paimon’s disclosures also state that its tokenized private-market products have not been registered under the US Securities Act and may face restrictions in the United States and other jurisdictions.
The pPOLY campaign therefore represents a new form of tokenized private-market access, but the product remains distinct from conventional equity ownership or a confirmed initial public offering.
