Liminal Now A Fully Regulated Crypto Custodian In UAE

Liminal Custody Solutions, a provider of digital assets and crypto custody, has obtained the Financial Services Permission (FSP) from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), enabling it to operate as a regulated crypto custodian in the Middle East. This expansion broadens Liminal’s reach and allows it to serve a wider range of clients seeking best-in-class digital asset custody solutions.

Founder Mahin Gupta expressed satisfaction with the achievement, stating that adhering to stringent regulations ensures the safety and security of client assets while prioritizing regulatory compliance and technological advancement. Amir Tabch, CEO of Liminal Custody Solutions Middle East and Senior Executive Officer of First Answer Middle East Limited, emphasized the ADGM FSP license’s significance as a sign of Liminal’s dedication to compliance and innovation.
