Bitcoin treasury firm Strive has strengthened its crypto reserves by acquiring 72.3 BTC worth approximately $8.26 million, according to its latest 8-K filing. The company used proceeds from exercised traditional warrants tied to its previously disclosed $750 million PIPE financing. The purchase price averaged $114,303 per bitcoin.
Following this transaction, Strive’s total bitcoin holdings have reached 5,958 BTC, with a total acquisition cost of $691.3 million and an average price of $116,032 per bitcoin. The new BTC purchase was funded by exercising 6.11 million warrants priced at $1.35 per share, generating $8.26 million in gross proceeds.
The warrants are part of 555.3 million issued under Strive’s private equity deal, highlighting the firm’s continued commitment to building one of the largest corporate bitcoin treasuries.
