Romania Launches Blockchain Platform For NFTs
The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics in Romania recently established the first European institutional trading platform for digital assets, which administers NFTs and is based on decentralised blockchain and Web3 technology.
The platform was launched in the presence of Sebastian Burduja, minister of research, innovation, and digitization, Florin Spătaru, minister of economy, and Mihai Diaconu, state secretary of the Ministry of Finance.
The ICI D|SERVICES platform was established by ICI Bucharest, the first government effort to join the ecosystem of creative apps based on Romania’s MultiversX blockchain network.
