Robinhood Launches Wallet For Android Users To Push Crypto Adoption
Robinhood Markets has launched Robinhood Wallet for Android users worldwide, marking a significant step towards crypto adoption.
The app allows users to hold private keys and control their digital assets, enabling them to store, manage, send, and receive crypto on various networks. Robinhood Markets has been given an “outperform” rating by Bernstein, with analyst Gautam Chhugani predicting a nine-fold increase in cryptocurrency trade volume over the next two years.
Robinhood’s price has skyrocketed by 40% year-to-date, currently trading at $17.74, up almost 3% on Wednesday. Robinhood Europe recently listed Circle’s USD Coin (USDC) on its platform, expanding its crypto offerings to over 25 cryptocurrencies.
