Real-world asset tokenization platform Ondo Global Markets has deployed its tokenized equity products on BNB Chain, enabling users to access more than 100 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs.
According to the company, BNB Chain’s ecosystem — including its 3.4 million daily active users — can now trade tokenized equities primarily through PancakeSwap, the chain’s largest DEX.
Ondo’s expansion is part of its strategy to democratize access to U.S. financial markets for international users who face barriers to traditional brokerage services, especially in regions across Asia and Latin America.
The company highlighted benefits such as 24/7 availability, transparency and efficiency enabled by blockchain settlement.
Two months earlier, Ondo launched tokenized equities on Ethereum, surpassing $350 million in total value locked and generating nearly $670 million in on-chain trading volume. Ondo has tokenized $1.8 billion in assets since 2021, with roughly 28,370 holders now participating in its tokenized securities ecosystem.
