Gryphon Digital Mining Sets Record In Self-Mining Power

Gryphon Digital Mining, Inc., a carbon-negative bitcoin miner, reported a record average self-mining hashing power of 864 petahash per second in January 2024, with 58 bitcoin-equivalent coins produced.

Despite a 16% decrease in bitcoin efficiency from December 2023 to 68 BTC per exahash, Gryphon ranked first in bitcoin efficiency in nine out of the 12 months in 2023, averaging 86 BTC/EH.

The growth is attributed to the installation of new S19k Pro miners and a focus on low operational costs and high efficiency.
