Global AI workforce to create 133mn new jobs
According to Saudi Human Resources and Social Development Minister Ahmed Al-Rajhi, the global artificial intelligence labour market is predicted to have a significant increase in employment by 2030.
Speaking during the inaugural Global Labour Market Conference’s opening ceremony on December 13–14 in Riyadh, Al-Rajhi emphasised that the labour market’s present transition is unprecedented in history.
Al-Rajhi noted the rising need for new careers, skills, and jobs in the future and stated, “The growth of the global AI job market is expected to create 133 million new jobs from now until 2030.”
The speaker went on to emphasise Saudi Arabia’s trailblazing position in bolstering worldwide endeavours aimed at keeping up with the evolving global labour market.
