Seven offshore crypto platforms, including Bitfinex, Kraken, and Huobi, will petition India’s Finance Ministry’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) to resume operations after being shut down for Money Laundering Act violations. They could be allowed back after paying INR 2,900 Cr in GST.

The UK Ministry of Justice proposed the Property Bill to legally classify cryptocurrencies and NFTs as personal property in England and Wales. Led by Justice Minister Heidi Alexander, the bill aims to protect digital asset owners from disputes and fraud by clarifying their legal status.
