Crypto asset manager 21Shares has amended its Sui ETF filing with the U.S. SEC, adding details about staking, Nasdaq listing, and custodians.
The updated filing introduces a new “Staking of Trust’s Assets” section outlining parameters like unbonding periods and staking performance. Coinbase Crypto Services will act as staking provider, while Coinbase Custody and BNY Mellon serve as custodians.
The Sui ETF will trade on Nasdaq once approved. The update comes amid delays in other ETF applications caused by the U.S. government shutdown.
