Chainlink Forges Ahead With New Integrations
In midst of recent turmoil in the cryptocurrency industry, Chainlink, a top Oracle services provider, is pressing on with its goal to improve cross-blockchain interoperability. A significant accomplishment was made public by Chainlink on Monday, September 25, when it announced a total of 10 new integrations targeted at enhancing connection between various blockchain systems.
Four of Chainlink’s primary services have been integrated into these integrations, which span six different blockchain networks. Including Optimism, Polygon Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and Arbitrum. A key step in the development of the Web3 ecosystem, Chainlink’s strategic move holds the prospect of enabling seamless communication between these main blockchain platforms.
With an emphasis on re-platforming conventional financial institutions onto blockchain networks, Chainlink’s most recent aim is to close the information gap between off-chain and on-chain data sources. The Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), a native mechanism of Chainlink, will be used in support of this enormous project.
